Areas of Collaboration
From the initial six areas of collaboration that was earlier initiated under the MIDC work partnership, a total of eight areas have now been identified by the MIGEDC as prioritized development focus. The collaboration shall cut across the seven member LGUs and shall utilize pooled human, financial and material resources.
The various Project Steering Committees shall prepare a Work and Financial Plan responding to the following concerns:
* Public Safety and Security
* Environmental Management
* Basic Services Delivery
* Trade and Investment Promotion
* Land Use Planning and Management
* Tourism Development
* Traffic Management and Transportation
* Special Project Development
